We recently completed the production and successful delivery of two sets of SFFZ-25000kVA 115/6.3/6.3kV oil-immersed power transformers for an overseas industrial power project. Manufactured with 100% copper windings and equipped with on-load tap changers (OLTC), these transformers were designed to provide stable voltage regulation, high operational reliability and long-term energy efficiency.
From engineering design and material procurement to factory testing and shipment, the entire project was completed within two months, demonstrating our strong manufacturing capacity and efficient project management for international customers.

I. Project Background

Before shipment, both transformers successfully completed comprehensive routine tests, including winding resistance measurement, transformer ratio verification, insulation withstand testing, induced voltage testing, no-load and load loss testing, ensuring reliable electrical performance before delivery.
To protect the equipment during international transportation, each transformer was packed using reinforced export packaging with moisture-proof and vibration-resistant protection, ensuring safe delivery to the project site.
